Organizational Consultation

Everbloom offers specialized consultative services to organizations that employ parents or helping professionals, and/or that serve child, youth and families.

Katherine White, MSW, MEd, RSW, is a clinical social worker who has worked in both clinical and systems-level roles. She specializes in child and youth mental health, parent caregiver support, trauma, domestic/intimate partner violence, and neuro-affirming practice.

She also supports parents, caregivers, and helping professionals,  who are navigating the social conditions around care — like chronic stress, burnout, and overwhelm.

Clinical Approaches

Katherine's clinical approach is tailored to each person's unique needs. She draws primarily from Attachment-Based, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal, Narrative and Solution-Focused approaches. When working with children, she primarily uses a child-led and play-based approach, that often includes the use of creative arts.

Her therapeutic approach combines direct support with systems approaches. She supports organizations and builds infrastructure for increased community capacity. To learn more about her ongoing projects, email katherine@everbloomcenter.ca.

Organizational Consultation

Her approach blends trauma-informed practice with systems thinking and neuro-affirming care, with a strong interest in how services can be designed to be more sustainable for both families and providers.

She brings experience across community, government, health, and non-profit settings. She is the founder and former director of a province-wide family services agency. She has consulted on the development of provincial programs in complex child and youth mental health care and high-risk domestic/intimate partner violence.

Authorship & Art

She is also the author and illustrator of four children’s books, reflecting her commitment to translating complex emotional experiences into forms that are accessible, compassionate, and human.
