Organizational Consultation
Everbloom offers specialized consultative services to organizations that employ parents or helping professionals, and/or that serve child, youth and families.

Our consultant, Katherine White, is a clinical social worker who specializes in child and youth mental health, trauma, parent/caregiver supports, domestic/intimate partner violence, and neurodivergent-friendly practices. She is a founder and former director of a province-wide family services agency. She has developed provincial crime prevention and child welfare programs, including programs for victims of high-risk domestic/intimate partner violence, and for children with complex mental health care needs. She has specialized training in forensic social work (Dalhousie University), and child and family forensics (William James College). She has worked in various capacities in community with children, youth and families in the public sector (government and health authorities), the private sector (private practice), and in the non-profit organization setting (transition house volunteer).
She has volunteered overseas on anti-human trafficking initiatives and has consulted locally for the province on human-trafficking responses for children and youth. She has consulted for military-family and veteran-family serving organizations. She presents at local universities and has facilitated teacher workshops for the Department of Education on the topic of social-emotional learning. She has supervised university and college student placements. She has master's degrees in education (Curriculum and Instruction; University of New Brunswick) and in social work (St. Thomas University), along with bachelor's degrees in arts (psychology; University of New Brunswick) and social work (St. Thomas University). She has specialized in service provider burnout and has a special interest in social innovation approaches for systems design to generate intentional social services systems. She is an advocate for trauma-informed care systems and neurodivergent-friendly practices. She is the author of 4 children's books, 3 of which she also illustrated.
